Keep the source attached.
A benchmark, practitioner account and vendor guide can all help. They don't prove the same things. Dates, context and limitations matter.
WHY GTM ARCHITECT EXISTS
GTM Architect is for SaaS founders, sales leaders and RevOps teams deciding where to put their time, people and money. We build research-backed tools for asking better questions—and making a defensible next move.
THE PROBLEM
“Hire a VP Sales.” “Add another stage.” “Buy the platform.” Any of those could be sensible. None means much until you know what the business actually needs.
A founder selling a simple subscription and a team negotiating enterprise contracts do different work. The same advice shouldn't automatically apply to both.
Our position is blunt: challenge advice that ignores the customer, the economics and the people doing the work. Then make the harder case—what should change, why, and what would make you reconsider?
HOW WE WORK
You should be able to see where our advice comes from, where it applies, and what remains uncertain.
A benchmark, practitioner account and vendor guide can all help. They don't prove the same things. Dates, context and limitations matter.
What a source found and what we suggest doing are different steps. The reasoning connecting them should be visible.
Give people practical questions, tests and working documents. “More research needed” on its own is a lousy deliverable.
WHERE WE ARE NOW
The Sales Process Review is our first account-based beta: a focused investigation and downloadable report for questions about conversion, stalled deals, forecasting, handoffs and qualification.
Our public guides and article packs remain available without signup. Behind the product, an evidence library connects source material with structured findings.
Broader hiring, systems and growth-scenario planning is planned. It is not included in today's beta. See the product roadmap →
