HOW IT WORKS

Less theatre.
A better next move.

The beta turns a sales process question into a structured investigation. It helps you decide what to examine before you spend time rewriting rules, adding fields or buying another methodology.

FROM QUESTION TO WORKING DOCUMENT

Four steps.
No magic verdict.

Start with conversion, stalled deals, forecasting, handoffs or qualification. This release covers sales-assisted deals, not a complete GTM redesign.

01

Bring the problem. Skip the performance.

Create an account, choose the concern and describe your company. Deal size, sales cycle, sales motion and recent examples help focus the review. Leave metrics unknown if you don't have them.

02

Separate what happened from what you suspect.

The review uses your answers to identify practical checks. Missing or contradictory details stay visible. A feeling that the process is wrong doesn't become a confirmed diagnosis.

03

Make a test you can actually run.

Get a suggested investigation, owners, measures and criteria for changing course. Relevant research is attributed with its context and limitations. The proposed plan is clearly labelled as our judgement.

04

Take the report into the room.

Download the PDF to share and the Word document to edit. Use the exercise with your own deal records. Come back to record what you tried, whether it gave you a useful next step and what you chose to change or keep.

DON'T CONFUSE THESE

Source. Context.
Judgement.

A confident answer is not evidence. We keep the steps in the argument visible.

You told us

Your company answers and examples. Useful starting information, not independently verified facts.

The source says

Attributed research or practitioner findings, with links and limits. An example elsewhere doesn't prove what will happen here.

We suggest trying

A focused test and how to judge it. The report may recommend investigating further or keeping the current approach.
